Dress - Love Struck Boutique * | Cardigan - Zara Mens | Boots - ASOS | Hat - H&M

This outfit is from last Friday, I have been meaning to blog it all weekend but I have been feeling so bleurghh with flu I just couldn't face trying to blog. However today I feel slightly more me - so am attempting to put the post together.

I wore this to go stay with my mum in Ashford for the weekend, I also wore the dress for the majority  of the weekend too :) The dress is from a little online boutique called Lovestruck and also comes in Navy for anyone who is interested. Love Struck have some really lovely dresses with the prettiest of detailing you should definitely check them out if your look for a vintage looking number with a little pretty twist!

I am kind of struggling to write/end this post in some sort of way I do not know, I have been staring at the screen for the last 10 minutes completely blank :| My head is just not functioning I am so bunged up, sorry guys! I hoped to get better soon and be more on the blog ball! xo

Jumper - Next | Jeans, Boots - ASOS | Hat - H&M

Ok so I am still not 100% better and is has been over a week now, therefore taking myself to the doctors first thing tomorrow! No longer can I handle sleepless nights due to coughing fits and hot flushes :(  But on a brighter note I have managed to pull myself together to take some outfit pictures before heading out to a family lunch yesterday.

I picked up this jumper last week from Next alongside some other bits, in the hope that a bit of retail therapy would cheer me up - which it did for all of about 2 hours then I was back in my bed wishing I could stay tucked up in my duvet forever. Oh I'm just full of the joys I know. Any way Next have some really nice knitted jumpers in at the moment which are not to steep in price either. This one I'm wearing was about £24 (roughly). I find it hard going shopping to buy new cosy jumpers because they can be quite expensive - for a thick knitted one you are normally looking over £40 so if you want to get a few it adds up to quite a big splurge. So it was nice to find that Next had some nice ones for under £40 so I was able to buy a couple :)

Hope everyone has had a good weekend? xo

I think London is the best and most inspiring place for style, individuality and fashion. One of my favourite things to do is people watch, and LFW was the perfect opportunity for this.  These are just some off the details, looks and styles that caught my eye during London Fashion Week!

Dress, Boots - Topshop | Cardigan - Zara (Mens) | Bag - Mulberry

So today is mine and my boyfriends 4 year anniversary, I cannot actually believe it has 4 years since we became boyfriend and girlfriend is doesn't seem that long.  Yesterday we spent the day just me and him which is a rarity, as either one of us is working normally so don't usually get to spend a whole day together on the weekends. sad I know :(. So it was nice to just be able to have that day, we didn't do anything too exciting just went for some lunch and browsed the shops, the boyfriend treated me to a few new bits which was really lovely of him. I am at work at the moment but when I finish we might go get some food and see a movie :)

This is what I wore yesterday, I actually got this dress off of eBay but had been admiring it on the Topshop website for ages but I was just too late in deciding the purchase when it was sold out. Thank god for eBay I can always rely on them to save the day. I wasn't to sure on the colour on me at first but once I chucked my boyfriend's cardi on and my booties I felt that it looked more me! What do you guys think? xo

Jumper - Topshop | Boots - Asos | Specs - Firmoo *

There is nothing quite like that comforting feeling when you put on a new cosy jumper for the first time. I picked up this gorgeous knitted jumper over the weekend, it is one of Topshop's newbies which meant I was 10x more excited. Luckily my rather handsome boyfriend was on hand and bought it for me as a little anniversary treat - he is good to me, sometimes hehe. I went back to uni this week so my life has be turned on its head with all systems go from now onwards. To be honest I am dreading this last year, and cannot wait for it to be over with - however the thought of the 'real world' is scaring me just a little :S

This is a random question, but I was wondering if any of you guys knew of any witch craft/hunt myths or historical supernatural stories including witchery, or vampires etc? If so let me know in the comment box, that would be really great. I'm just trying to seek some inspiration and struggling to find that hidden gem :/

Dress - Fashion Culprit * | Boots, Belt - ASOS | Blazer - NEXT | Ring - Aldo | Necklace - Zara

Whats this, an outfit post, really? Really Really :) I have been trying to take outfit post for what seems like forever now, but me being unorganised me just seem to never find the time and when I did find the time the lighting had been pants and my photos came out crap. I hate not being able to blog, but with being back at uni I'm really struggling to find that time. It bugs me so much I start falling out of love with my whole blog :(. So this week I have made a pledge to try and stay calmly organised in all areas of my little o' life and blogging hopefully being one of them! #fingerscrossed

This outfit [again the lighting is terrible] I wore on the weekend just on a night out with my bestie, I wanted to wear something nice but not to glam as we were only heading to the pub. I opted for this little black dress from Fashion Culprit, I love the whole skater dress look and as a style the dress is so easy to wear dressing up or down. This dress itself is actually really lovely - the material has a embossed stripe texture which gives it that extra detail and thickness which makes it more autumnal as it is warmer to wear. Oh and it has a little heart cut out at the back of the dress which is really cute. Definitely think this is going to be a popular  wardrobe choice of mine in the future - with jumpers over the top and chunky cardigans! Do you guys have a skater style dress you love to wear?

Firmoo Specs

This post is long over due, as I have had these glasses for ages now and if you follow my blog or instagram you would of seen me wearing these many of times. When Firmoo approached me back in August about possibly doing a review on some glasses for them I was super excited. I wear glasses anyway and have done since I was about 11 - however over the last couple of years I have stopped all together with my glasses and just worn contact lenses everyday and every night, which is really unhealthy for my eyes as by doing this I am not letting them breath (I get told off every time I go to the opticians). So when Firmoo offered me to choose from any choice of glasses, whether it was sunglasses, prescription or just non prescription fashion accessory glasses - I chose these prescription unisex wayfarer shaped specs link

My overall experience of buying from Firmoo and choosing the glasses online was brilliant. They were really helpful and responsive when I asked for help when filling out the prescription form and when it came to measuring my eyes distance extra.. (Obviously if you were not going for prescription glasses you wouldn't need this). I thought it would be weird ordering and choosing glasses online as you could not try them on and were not able to get a feel for them - but this is were Firmoo really surprised me, they actually have a 'virtual try on' system where you upload a front faced picture of you (for example the black and white picture above would be perfect) and then you can try all the different glasses on your face comparing shape, size and colour. This for me was amazing as I was able to see that the wayfarers with the clear rim inside looked better on me than the all black wayfarers did - as they didn't look as heavy on my face. I am really happy with my Firmoo glasses, and wouldn't hesitate when ordering from them in the future - I literally wear these glasses nearly everyday now aha my optician will be pleased ;)

If you would like to try out ordering from Firmoo, oh and have a go of their Virtual Try On System - which is amaze, they are offering my readers a free pair of glasses, see here for more info. Let me know if you do, I would love to see which glasses to choose!

Dress - Chi Chi * | Boots - Topshop | Ring - Aldo

Gahh feel like I haven't blogged an outfit in forever ( and I also feel like I say exactly this every time  I go to blog recently - I do apologise). This weekend I am at my mums in Ashford so I thought I use the opportunity to have a break from uni work and of course the opportunity to blog.

It was my step dad's birthday last week, so last night me and my family all headed out for a catch up/birthday dinner which was really nice. I decided that I wanted to wear something a little dressy and remembered I was sent this gorgeous dress a couple of weeks ago from Chi Chi which would be perfect. I love this dress so much - the whole peplum style I find so comfortable to wear, and the vintage looking gold and black pattern I think gives it that something extra making it quite unique and bold statement piece to wear. I was actually really surprised at how versatile this dress is I thought it would be quite hard to dress down a little as it is quite a statement number, however teaming it with just my black ambush Topshop boots gives it an instant much more relaxed/slightly casual feel, chuck on a leather jacket and away you go (oh god I am cringe). Ok so can tell I love with my Chi Chi dress, it is definitely a winner in the wardrobe for this Christmas! If you are like me and had never heard of Chi Chi before now then definitely check out there online boutique they have some gorgeous dresses perfect for the Christmas period.

I hope everyone is having a nice weekend :)

Bag - Next | Parka, Boots - ASOS | Hat - Topshop | Midi Dress - Lavish Alice

ee so excited to share with you that I am this months Guest Blogger for Lavish Alice - so over the next few weeks I'll be blogging my favourite Lavish Alice A/W must haves (which are available online) :)

First off is this gorgeous Black Knitted Midi Dress which also comes in Purple and a Reddish wine colour. I have been after the perfect midi for a while now but could just never find the right one, I have seen loads of printed Midi's which are gorgeous but I knew that I wouldn't be brave enough to wear such a bold print for just a day time look. But this Lavish Alice Midi is perfect! I love the fact that it is knitted and not just bodycon jersey which most of them are, I also love that even though this Midi is plain black it has this lovely spec of glitter/sequin which gives it that extra detail which I think is really nice. I know that I will be styling this dress in so many ways it is just so easy to wear and surprisingly really comfortable.  I have already planned to glam it up and wear on my next night out aha, gahh I think I'm addicted to the Midi trend, I need more!

Velvet Dress - Lavish Alice * | Jacket - Topman | Bag - Next | Boots - Asos | Necklace - Zara | Tights - Henry Holland via Tights Please * | Scarf - My Granny's

This is my second week working along side Lavish Alice as their guest blogger for the month. Another  one of my winter favourites from Lavish Alice's online boutique is this gorgeous red velvet cut out dress, which I think is prefect for the festive weeks ahead. I am wearing it really casually here with just my boyfriends denim jacket (which on me is oversized and I love), my tartan scarf and flat form boots. Oh and I decided to opt for these star tights ad thought it would be a change from wearing just my usual plain black ones. This is a favourite look for me, as I love layering up my clothes and pairing cute dresses with boyish oversize jackets/cardigans. Ha my boyfriend thinks I am a little weird because I choose to wear his clothes - but I recon he loves it really ;) I think this dress is really lovely and I feel so warm and Christmas when its on, I cannot wait to wear it over Christmas time! xo

Jumper - Lavish Alice* | Skirt - Primark | Pumps - Keds | Wooly Hat - Topshop

Just a quick post with this weeks Lavish Alice guest blogger pick, I have had my eye on this jumper for so long now I kept spotting it on various blogs and thought I need that jumper! I love the shape as it is not to fitted but not overly over sized so it is really comfy to wear, the cross detailing is really cool too and I love that there are both silver and gold coloured crosses so you can wear it with either - i.e my silver pleather skirt!

I decided to wear my new purple Keds which I have had for about 2 months now (they look so bright aha), they kept falling out my wardrobe screaming for me to wear them but sadly my boots won every time. However yesterday I was in an anti boots mood and thought I'd give the Keds a turn. Every girl has that 'I fancy wearing trainers kind of day', right?! Sadly I should of gone with the boots as my feet were soaking by the time I got home from London, Doh bad move Kirsty! I can safely say that the Keds no longer look so new and bright :\

Yesterday was suppose to be a very productive day sourcing all material and beads etc.. for my pre collection deadline at uni. However it just turned out to be a complete disaster and it didn't help that London was so miserable, wet and grey! I hate going into Central when the weather is so moody. I hope everyone has had a lovely weekend, eeeee only 1 month till Christmas!!!

 Denim Jacket - Topman | Cardigan - Zara Mens | Top - Zara | Jeans - ASOS | Boots - Lavish Alice* | Bag - Marc B*  | Scarf - My Grannies | Socks - Topshop

eee long time no speak, how is everybody? I cannot believe it has been a month since I last blogged almost, seriously time flies! Not much has been happening with me really I have had my pre collection deadline at uni which was a complete fail as I literally ran out of time I was working so hard I still didn't manage to get what I wanted to get done. O well least I tried my best (I keep telling myself) seriously I have beating myself up about it for the last week - there has been plenty of tears. But Hey Ho, I'm over it now and starting to feel all Christmasy :) This is just a quick outfit post of what I wore today to go Christmas shopping. This is a pretty casual outfit for me, these gorgeous boots are from Lavish Alice which I was meant to blog a couple of weeks ago  as part of the monthly guest blogger but due to my uni deadline I was unable to squeeze the time in to blog. My bag was kindly sent to me from Marc B which came at perfect timing as my other bag I was using the zip had broke therefore wasn't able to close properly. Which me stupidly thought would be okay to still use until I caught a guy with his hand in my bag on the tube, so scary aha that was my lesson learnt, luckily he didn't take anything! The rest of my outfit is probably my boyfriends, I seem to be wearing his clothes a lot lately.. I always find I like the fit of men's clothes better :/ weird I know!

It feels so good to be blogging again, I have a massive list of things I have been meaning to show you, hopefully over Christmas I can catch up it sucks to be so behind! I hope everyone is okay, speak soon xo

Faux Fur Gilet, Chelsea Boots, Jeans, Jumper, Head Band - Topshop |  Leather Jacket - Zara | Bag - Mulberry

Merry Belated Christmas Guys, I hope you all have had a wonderful xmasy time and received lots of lovely things. Today is probably the first day I haven't been in a food/chocolate coma which is an achievement aha. I had planned to blog loads over the Christmas break, but to be honest I have just been enjoying the time and doing nothing. Its been so nice to get up and just watch movies and eat yummy food, and being able to spend time with my family just laughing and playing silly board games.  I am sad it is all coming to an end now, but I'm looking forward to what the new year might bring!

This is just a quick outfit post from yesterday prior me and bf setting off for yet another feast, but this time at Harvester (was just ridiculously greedy of us really) I didn't realise till writing this post that I'm wearing all Topshop and nearly all my Christmas present in the one go aha. New clothes are the best!

I hope everyone has a brilliant New Year, and well I'll guess I'll see you all in 2013 :D

Slime Tee, Cardigan - Topshop | Tights - House of Holland via Tights Please* | Boots - Lavish Alice* | Necklace - H&M

Happy New Year!

My first post of January, god it feels so weird to be in a new year already - I was not ready for 2013 and now it is here it is taking me far to long to adjust. Today was the first day I managed to face a day and actually do something other than watch tele and lounge. I decided to pull myself together and face the sales.. and well what a load of rubbish that turned out to be. Literally every shop was a mess, and the rails were just full of tat and surprisingly everywhere was still really busy. However saying that we did manage to pick up a few things in Zara - but to be fair their 'sale' wasn't really a sale, with only a couple of ££ taken off here and there. Don't you find that is always the way though when you have money to spend, you see nothing you like! Gah Kirsty first rant of January too :| I apologise.

So yes, this is what I wore today to go sale shopping, I got this 'Slime' tee from my sister for Christmas. I had seen it on the Topshop website and was really drawn to the colour more than anything so I am super lucky I have an amazing sister who got it for me ( she'll be reading this aha ) ;) The top itself is so oversized I am wearing it as a dress here with my star tights, chucking on my slouchy black cardigan making it a really comfy casual outfit. My favourite sort of outfit! Oh and please excuse my hair, seriously having a hate hate relationship with it at the moment, really want to change in but have no clue what to do. My boyfriend suggested to go all Blonde, but I don't know if I am brave enough to do that, it is such a mess!

I decided to embrace blogging from my bedroom again, as lets face it the weather is never going to let us bloggers win. I was getting so sick of trying to plan outfits to blog then actually never getting round to taking the photos because it was raining, or was too dark etc..  speak soon xo

Oversized Dress - Zara | Chelsea Boots, Head band - Topshop

Really simple outfit from me today, I picked up this oversized dress from the Zara sale last week. I am such a fan of simplicity and always in ore of those stylish blog babes than can pull of the simplest of garments making them look really cool. This is my attempt of being stylishly simple, and failing miserably at it. Oh well who doesn't love a jumper dress that they can just chuck on and feel super comfy wearing it. To be honest I hoped this dress would be a little longer on me making it slightly under my knees - obviously I wasn't as short as I thought I was, oops! I kept my accessories minimal with  just my rose headband/crown from Topshop, which I am so in love with aha I cannot help but feel all girly/statue of liberty-esq when wearing it. Ha that reminds me - I was wearing my rose crown the other day and my boyfriend just looked at me with bewilderment and shook his head.. hehe he makes me chuckle. I do love that I have that affect on him!

This week is officially the first full week back to normality, after Christmas and New Year. Booo this makes me sad :'( I hope everyone's week goes super quickly so we can hurry up and enjoy the weekend again! Speak soon lovelies xo

Dress - Mina* | Cardigan, Head Band - Topshop | Boots - Lavish Alice*

Just a quick snowy post, from yesterday! I was suppose to go to uni after work and even though I knew it was going to be nightmare getting in and home I was determined to go, I must admit I was dreading the trek but I knew if I didn't go in I would feel super guilty as I have so much to do! BUT then a little email popped up on my phone to tell me that uni was closing early due to weather and all tutorials and lessons are cancelled, my first thought was WOO SNOW DAY, I love a good snow day, its the prefect excuse to watch rubbish movies and eat lots of goodies Oh! and of course blog!

I received this dress a few days a go from a little online boutique called Mina, which before now had never come across but I'm so glad that I have as they have some really lovely and unique pieces. One of my other favourites was this Indiana Jacket  everyone should definitely check them out they have some gorgeous dresses too!
